Looks fishy, eh? I thought that the red bean and vanilla ice cream concoction would be weird, but a fish ice cream is even weirder.
This is another vanilla-red bean ice cream sandwich. For some reason, I like the flower-shaped ones more (Redbean). Perhaps because this lacks the glutinous almost mochi-like consistency somewhere between the vanilla ice cream and red bean paste.
